The first thing you need to do is enquire & book a swim with us (do this well in advance...) You will then need to register with the CSA, this should be done by the end of April for the year of your swim

To successfully swim the English Channel you need to be dedicated and to have trained for it. You must achieve a qualifying swim in cold water of 15°C or less (6 hours for solo & 2 hours for relay). Talk to us and we can help you prepare for the challenges ahead.

By the time the day arrives you should be fully prepaired for the swim. Make sure you are fully rested as the swim could start at any time of the day or night.
